Training Description 

Learn how to navigate your way through the QA module like a pro. The training will go over the most popular areas of the QA module as well as how you can interpret your site’s data for Quality Assurance purposes.


In this training, we'll cover the following:

  1. Brief explanation of the QA module
  2. How to interpret scores, graphs, and benchmarks
  3. Take a look at 1–2 high priority issues
  4. Check History
  5. Overview of QA Inventory (Pages, Links, Documents)


Important note: 

Trainings are designated to be no more than 30 mins.

Trainings will be recorded and sent out after the training has completed.

Trainings are platform focused. Any technical issues or consulting questions should not be discussed in the training.
