Behavior Maps overview

Training Description

Curious what areas of your site’s pages users are clicking on? Maybe looking to see if users are scrolling through your pages? This training will show you how Behavior Maps can outline what users are doing once they get to a specific page on your site.

In this training, we’ll cover the following:

1. Overview of the Behavior Maps module
2. Add a new Behavior Map
3. Examine one existing Behavior Map
4. Explanation of different map views (heat, scroll, click, struggle)
5. Q&A

Important note:

Trainings are designated to be no more than 30 mins.

Trainings will be recorded and sent out after the training has completed.

Trainings are platform focused. Any technical issues or consulting questions should not be discussed in the training.
