Welcome to the Siteimprove Managed Services Pilot

We’re excited to invite you to the Siteimprove Managed Services Pilot.

This pilot gives you access to expert-led configuration services and 30-minute training sessions designed to help your team save time, improve platform adoption, and get more value from Siteimprove.

About Managed Services

Managed Services is a new Siteimprove offering that gives you direct access to Siteimprove experts for help with platform configuration and foundational training.

Whether you need help completing setup work, making updates in the platform, or learning how to use key features more effectively, Managed Services is designed to make that work easier.

Services included in the pilot

1. Configuration Services

Configuration Services provide hands-on help from Siteimprove experts to complete platform configuration tasks using Siteimprove best practices.

These services are designed to help your team move faster and reduce the time spent on platform setup and maintenance tasks.

2. Training Services

Training Services are short-form, structured, expert-led sessions focused on foundational education across the Siteimprove platform. Each 30-minute session includes 20 minutes of education followed by 10 minutes for Q&A. These sessions are designed to help users build confidence, improve adoption, and better understand how to use Siteimprove features effectively. These sessions are educational only and are not consultation-based.


Each service offered through this portal is categorized as Small, Medium, or Large based on the scope and complexity of the request.

Pilot dates

April 1, 2026 – May 8, 2026

Pilot allotment
As a pilot participant, your organization will receive:

  • 3 Small services
  • 2 Medium services
  • 1 Large service
  • Training sessions count as a Small service type

Estimated time to Version 1 completion by service type:

  • Small: 3 business days
  • Medium: 5 business days
  • Large: 7 business days
  • Training sessions: Scheduled based on customer availability and alignment with the Siteimprove team

This pilot allotment is intended to help us test demand, gather feedback, and refine the offering before broader availability.

Access the portal

Submit requests through the Managed Services portal:

To access the portal, first log into the Siteimprove platform, then navigate to the portal to review services and submit a request.

What you can do during the pilot

  • Explore available services in the portal
  • Submit Configuration Service requests
  • Book Training Services
  • Provide feedback to help shape the future offering

A few things to know

  • Pilot services are available only during the pilot period
  • Requests are limited to your pilot allotment
  • Training sessions are 30 minutes long
  • Services must be requested through the portal
