Welcome to Managed Services
Overview
Managed Services is a paid Siteimprove offering that gives your team direct access to Siteimprove experts for help with platform configuration and foundational training.
Whether you need help completing setup work, making updates in the platform, or learning how to use key features more effectively, Managed Services is designed to make that work easier and help your team get more value from Siteimprove.
Managed Services includes two service types:
- Platform Configuration Services
- Training Services
Platform Configuration Services
Platform Configuration Services provide hands-on help from Siteimprove experts to complete eligible platform configuration tasks using Siteimprove best practices.
These services are designed to help your team move faster and reduce the time spent on setup, configuration, and platform maintenance tasks.
Examples may include support with:
- Platform setup and configuration
- Dashboard creation or updates
- Report setup
- Group configuration
- Policy configuration
- Other eligible Siteimprove platform configuration tasks
Configuration Services are grouped by size based on scope and complexity:
- Small
- Medium
- Large
Siteimprove will review each request and determine the appropriate request size before work is delivered.
Training Services
Training Services are short-form, structured, expert-led sessions focused on foundational education across the Siteimprove platform.
Each training session is limited to 30 minutes:
- Approximately 20 minutes of module or feature education
- Approximately 10 minutes for Q&A
These sessions are designed to help users build confidence, improve adoption, and better understand how to use Siteimprove features effectively.
What Managed Services Is Not
Managed Services is not a strategic consulting service.
It is not intended for:
- Long-term strategic planning
- Custom consulting engagements
- Legal, compliance, or policy interpretation
- Code-level remediation
- Website development work
- Open-ended advisory sessions
- Work outside the Siteimprove platform
Managed Services is focused on helping customers complete eligible configuration work and build foundational knowledge of the Siteimprove platform.
What to Expect
When you submit a Managed Services request, the Siteimprove team will review the request to confirm:
- Whether the request is eligible
- Whether enough information has been provided
- Whether the request is related to Configuration Services or Training Services
- The appropriate request size, if applicable
- Whether the request can be completed within your available allocation
Some requests may require follow-up before work can begin.
