Available Managed Services Requests and Completion Times
Managed Services includes eligible Platform Configuration Services and Training Services. Services are grouped by size based on scope and complexity:
- Small
- Medium
- Large
Each service size has a 3-Month Allocation Period limit and an estimated initial completion time.
Please note: Available services, eligibility, scope, and Request sizes may change at any time as the Siteimprove platform and subscription offerings evolve.
Request Limits and Estimated Initial Completion Times
| Request/Service Category | Requests per 3-month Allocation Period | Estimated Initial Completion Time* |
|---|---|---|
| Small | 6 Requests | 2-3 business days |
| Medium | 4 Requests | 3-5 business days |
| Large | 2 Requests | 5-7 business days |
- Estimated Initial Completion Times begin after a Managed Services Expert confirms in writing that all information reasonably necessary to complete the Request has been received.
- Each Request includes up to two adjustments/iterations after initial completion. These iterations are not included in the Estimated Initial Completion Time and may affect the final completion date.
- Estimated Initial Completion Times apply during applicable regional business hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST (UTC-6) / CDT (UTC-5), excluding regional holidays.
- Training Services are classified as Small Requests. Training Services are scheduled based on mutual availability and instructor availability and may not follow the same Estimated Initial Completion Times as Platform Configuration Requests.

Submitting Multiple Services in One Request
Customers may include multiple eligible services in one submission. Each included service may use a separate Small, Medium, or Large Request based on the Request size listed on its service details page.
When multiple services are included:
- The applicable Request is deducted for each service.
- The combined services cannot exceed the customer’s remaining 3-Month Allocation Period.
- Completion may take longer than the standard estimated time.
- A Managed Services Expert will provide an estimated timeline based on the combined workload.
- Services may be completed sequentially to support quality and accuracy.
Example:
A submission containing one Small service and one Medium service uses:
- 1 Small Request
- 1 Medium Request
Adjustments/Revisions
- Each completed Request includes up to two adjustments or iterations following initial completion.
- Adjustment requests may affect the final completion timeline depending on the scope, complexity, and amount of additional work required.
- Requests that materially change the original service scope may need to be submitted as a new Request.
Request Size and Scope
- The Request size for each available service is listed on its service details page.
- If a submission includes multiple services, each service may use a separate Request. If the requested work falls outside the service’s defined scope or limits, a Managed Services Expert will explain the available options before work begins.
